Contact

There is no contact form on this site, and there will not be one. A form collects personal information and creates a record of it; an email address does neither until you choose to write, and then only what you chose to put in the message.

Email

Write to info@veroworks.online. This address reaches the publisher directly and is the only contact channel for this site. There is no telephone number, no live chat and no social account operating on behalf of Veroworks — if you encounter one claiming to be this site, it is not.

The publisher

Veroworks MV Ouběnická stavební s.r.o. Lodžská 401/13, Bohnice, 181 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic Company number: 10701575 VAT: CZ10701575 Email: info@veroworks.online

Correspondence is read in English. Postal mail reaches the registered address above, though email is considerably faster.

What this address is useful for

  • Corrections. The most valuable thing you can send. Name the page and quote the sentence that is wrong, and it will be fixed on the page rather than answered privately, so the next reader gets the corrected version.
  • Missing glossary terms. If a term appears in a game's interface and is not defined in the glossary, it is a gap worth reporting.
  • Questions about the commercial arrangement. Anything the affiliate disclosure does not make clear.
  • Privacy requests. Access to, or correction of, anything held about you — which, in practice, means the contents of an email you previously sent. See the privacy policy for what exists and for how long.
  • Trademark or rights concerns. From a rights holder or their representative, regarding anything named on this site.

What this address cannot help with

Veroworks does not publish, operate, support or represent any game. That boundary decides most of what cannot be answered here:

  • Account problems — lost progress, suspensions, transfers. Only the game's publisher can act on these, and only through its own support channel.
  • Purchases, refunds and billing. These sit with the publisher and the store the purchase went through. If a purchase in Australia did not deliver what was advertised, the ACCC publishes guidance on the consumer guarantees and how to raise a problem.
  • Reports of harassment or unsafe behaviour in a game. Use the game's own reporting tools first; the eSafety Commissioner publishes reporting routes where that is not enough.
  • Scams, fraudulent sites and suspicious offers. These should go to Scamwatch, which collects and publishes them so other people are warned.
  • Advice on what to buy or which champion to invest in. This site publishes no recommendations, and answering one privately would be publishing one.

What happens to your email

An email you send is stored in the publisher's mailbox and read by the person responsible for this site. It is used to answer you and, where it is a correction, to fix the page. It is not added to any list, not used to send anything you did not ask for, and not passed to anyone else. Correspondence is kept for up to twenty-four months and then deleted, except where a longer period is required for a legal or accounting reason. The privacy policy sets this out in full, including how to ask for access, correction or deletion.

Messages are usually answered within five working days. Corrections are generally applied faster than they are replied to, so a page may be updated before you hear back.
